Why we built it

Bring your own model
We're deliberately not a proprietary model. Connect the AI you already have — cloud API keys, local models via Ollama, or agentic sign-in where providers allow it. There's no model tax: you pay your provider directly.
The 3S workflow
Projects move through three guided stages:
- Scope — describe the outcome in business terms.
- Spec — review and approve the generated specification.
- Skill — equip the project with models and agents, then build.
